Click & Kos is a web-based cafeteria food ordering platform designed to streamline the ordering process and improve efficiency in campus or cafeteria environments. The system allows users to browse available menu items, add products to a cart, place orders, and complete secure online payments through an intuitive web interface.
Once an order is placed, users can track the order status in real time and view their previous order history, helping them manage their purchases easily. For administrators, the platform includes tools to manage menu items, update product availability, and oversee incoming orders.
By digitizing the food ordering process, Click & Kos reduces queues, improves service speed, and enhances the overall dining experience for customers while simplifying cafeteria operations.
