Research question

Non-profits collect data in spreadsheets but rarely have the time or skills to turn it into reports that funders and volunteers understand.

Approach

A guided workflow maps existing spreadsheets onto a small set of impact indicators and produces printable and shareable dashboards.

Key features

  • Import from the spreadsheets organisations already keep
  • Templates for common impact indicators
  • Reports that print cleanly and share as a link

Evaluation

Usability sessions with three organisations measured how long it took to produce a first report.
